PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING TIME
Please keep in mind that your package’s Estimated Arrival = Production time + Shipping time.
– Production process includes order fulfillment based on your personalization, quality checks to ensure that every item reaches our customers in the best condition, and packaging.
– Shipping time is calculated from the day your order leaves our door to your delivery address. Keep in mind that Production and Shipping times vary based on item types and delivery locations. Note: The provided timeframe is an estimate. Economy method is the most cost-effective form of ground shipping. Transit time averages 2-6 business days. Economy transit times are not guaranteed & may increase during the Winter Holiday season.

- In case out of stock, or production error, the production time may increase 3-5 business days, and customers will receive notice about the delay.
- We sometimes also offer a 1-3 week rushed option, though this is not available during special periods, and depending on type of products.
- At checkout, we will provide you an estimated delivery time, and this is the time you should follow in terms of expected delivery.
All orders are shipped with tracking and you will receive your tracking number by email as soon as it’s available. (1-5 days)
Shipping prices are a flat fee:
- USA: $7.00
During busy occasions like Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, or Christmas, production and delivery times may be extended. Cut-off times are publicly displayed on our website, and we DO NOT guarantee on-time arrival or take responsibility for late deliveries for orders placed after cut-off dates.

Our products can be shipped to the US.
Kindly be advised that we cannot ship your order to a non-postal address or multiple addresses. Please provide us with your mailing address or place separate orders in case you want to ship each item to different places.
Please Note: We cannot ship to Military addresses. In the event that you provided a military address at checkout, we will email you to request a different shipping address. If the cost of shipping to the new address does not equal the cost of shipping charged to you originally at checkout, we will invoice you for the difference and will proceed with your order as soon as the invoice is paid.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please make sure all details, including the recipient’s name, are CORRECT.
